KH3PRA is bringing fifteen people together in one house, somewhere in Norway, for six weeks. No programme, no staged community, no escape from work. We need someone who can make that idea clear, specific and worth following.

What we are looking for
- You write and edit natural English with a clear point of view.
- You can turn rough ideas into strong hooks, captions and carousels.
- You understand Instagram and care why someone chooses to follow.
- You work independently, challenge weak ideas and deliver consistently.
You do not need a long CV or a large following. We care about judgement, taste, curiosity and evidence that you can do the work.
