Things still being decided.
False certainty is easy and costs trust. Here's what's still genuinely open.
These aren't things we've overlooked — they're things we're being careful about. A residence built on honest uncertainty is more trustworthy than one that has answers to everything six months before it happens.
Exactly where?
We have a shortlist. The final call depends on a property visit scheduled for autumn 2026. We'll confirm the region before applications open.
Private rooms versus shared buildings?
The model assumes private bedrooms, shared everything else. Whether those bedrooms are in one building or several depends on the property. Both configurations work; they produce different dynamics.
How do you balance privacy with shared life?
Still deciding. The working assumption: mornings private, evenings shared, afternoons self-directed. But the right balance probably emerges from the people, not the schedule.
What does selection actually look like?
Not a formal application with references and a portfolio. Something closer to a conversation. We want to know how you think and what six weeks of this would mean for you — not your CV.
Cost?
€2,500 for six weeks, flights not included. The goal is cost-recovery without extracting margin on the experience itself.
What if the first group doesn't work?
We've thought about it. A bad experience for twelve people is a real harm, not just a brand problem. The selection process is the main risk management. The rest is commitment to staying honest if things go sideways.
Will there be a second group?
Depends on the first. If it works, yes. If it doesn't, we'll say so.
